Life can be like a rollercoaster ride, with its many ups and downs and twists and turns.  It can feel unpredictable, scary, and at times, overwhelming.  Regardless of what you are going through, please know that you do not have to face it alone.  In our sessions together, I seek to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work towards creating positive change in your life.

Therapeutic Modalities

While my clinical orientation is psychodynamic and relational, my approach is integrative, drawing from many evidenced-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I also have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and other trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approaches.

Therapy provides a safe space where you can freely express and explore your thoughts, feelings, and struggles without fear of judgment.  It is a powerful tool for self-discovery and growth.  It can provide insight into patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, offer practical tools for coping with difficult emotions, and help you develop strengths and enhance areas of joy in your life.
